Solicitation Information
In order to sell goods
or services or solicit funds including memberships, a permit is
required in the Village of Chester. To obtain a permit, please
print and bring in the completed form below along with the
appropriate fee to the Village of Chester Police
Station.

Fees
A non-refundable fee
is required at the time of application in the form of cash,
certified check or money order.
Village and Town of
Chester Residents - $100.00
Orange County
Residents - $150.00
Out of County
Residents - $250.00
There is no fee
required for not-for-profit organizations.
